RepairBy gives your shop its own booking site and app. A customer books a pickup, your rider collects the phone, you send a quote, they approve it, you repair it and send it back — and every step tells the customer where their phone is, so they stop calling to ask.

yourshop.repairby.app, with your name, your colour and your prices. Customers can install it like an app.
Pickup and delivery, tracked
Slots, a rider view with photos at pickup, and an OTP on both handovers so nothing is disputed later.
Quotes the customer approves
Send a price before you touch the phone. They approve on WhatsApp. No repair starts on a guess.
Invoices and collections
A GST invoice per job, cash and UPI recorded, and a list of who still owes you.

Prices are in rupees and exclude GST. We charge in India only.
What happens at 20 jobs
You are warned before you get there, not when you arrive. Past the limit you can still finish every job already booked — nobody's phone gets stuck on your bench because of us — but new bookings stop until the month turns over or you upgrade.
If a payment fails
You get 7 days to sort it out, and the shop keeps working normally for all of them. After that you can still finish open jobs, but not take new ones. We do not delete anything.
If you leave
Cancel from Settings, no phone call. You keep Pro until the month you paid for ends, then drop to Free. Your jobs, customers and invoices stay yours — download the lot as a spreadsheet from Settings whenever you like.
